I went to signup for auto-refill tonight online and I got an error.
The website tells me call the 611 number. So I do.
I follow the prompts, give my CC details and then I get a customer care person.
I have to REPEAT myself again, as he tells me it failed and then tells me I am all setup with auto-refill.
I check my account and I have been charged at $45.
I call BACK.. and the guy tells me on the phone that the $5 gets put back into my account after 2 weeks.. Are you serious!!!!
Then I explain how I have setup my husbands account and our account was charged at $40 not $45 with a $5 rebate coming later.
I said I wanted the $5 credit put back into my account and he said, he cant do it.
Its not the $5, its the principle of it.
- Webiste not working to set myself up
- 611 service doesnt work
- phone staff lie and tell me i am setup and will be charged $40 and i am charged $45
- another phone call, they tell me I will get $5 back later, what rubbish
- then the same person tells me they can't give me my money back.. this is ridiculous!
Who can I speak to to resolve this...?????
