Hello, everyone on the AT&T Forums.
I have a serious problem with my GoPhone account. Just a few days ago, I had my account refilled, and it was working like a charm. The day after my account was refilled, however, I lost the ablilty to text and call. I am using the $25/month plan, unlimited text, 250 voice minutes. My phone says that it has the $25 in its balance, yet it's as if I never paid. Can anyone please assist me with my problem? I greatly appreciate it.
