yesterday i paid 25 dollars to keep the phone going... hours later a call was made...costing ten cents?this made my account balance 24.90... please refund the 10 cents so the number is active.....here is a report of the account history... showing that the payment was made before the call... a call that wasnt even intentional(butt diall i guess)... idk kinda bummed about it... please turn it back on. how would this error of occured in the first place? havent been able to use the phone since then. thanks owen
