When I made my payment last month using my checking account the payment went though via overdraft.. I can see this transaction on my bank website.. So the refill was paid for and I was able to use my phone for the past month.. But now my account is locked do to it going into overdraft? How does ATT even know that?
Now the problem is I cannot add time to my phone.. Is there some way I can show customer service the payment was covered and did get paid?
I really don't want to have to get a new phone/number.. Even tho I could get a phone and number for the same ammout I am trying to refill at..
PS: Just incase someone doesnt know what overdraft is... I pay my bank each month so I can have overdraft.. Its almost like a line of credit with the bank if you get behind to protect yourself and your account.
