On July 10th I refilled my account with $25 at you store (No. SOA7, Seattle) with the help of your staff. The account balance ran out after only 30 days, even though I barely used any data. I suppose the problem is with the expiration date.
In the refill account page, it states that a $25-$99 refill should expire only after 90 days.
Can you please refill my account until the correct expiration date?
