I paid my first month's fee to begin using my phone as a gophone (maybe in March, then on 4/1/15 I paid $100 for a year's service. I just paid another $10 on 6/30/15 and $20 on 7/1/15.Now I get a message that my rate plan did not renew on schedule. Please advise me of what is needed to straighten this out. Sincerely, Carol
