Hi there! @balloonfarm thanks for posting your feedback. I can certainly understand your concerns on data pricing. Because using large amounts of data can get pricy, I would recommend switching to a postpaid plan.
To check your usage and pricing on postpaid data, please visit us at http://www.att.com/att/datacalculator/ this is a great tool that will help you estimate your monthly usage so you can select the best plan for your family.
To switch from prepaid to postpaid, you can go to any AT&T company store to do this.
To locate your nearest store please go to www.att.com and select Store Locations & Appointments on the upper right of the site. From there you can enter your zip code and find your nearest store address, hours of operation and phone number.
