How to resolve this BUG? Autorefill options can't be changed

Every time I log in the paygonline.com, there's an eror message:

 

Error!

Your online refill options are currently limited to refill cards/pins. When you are ready to make an online refill using a credit/debit card or e-check, please call GoPhone customer care at 877-734-0763.

 

I called this number many times, but the customer serviece can never solve this problem. And it seems that calling the custormer service 877-734-0763 also uses the minutes in my plan. I even received an Email from AT&T telling me that they had resolved my problem, but they really did NOT, this error still remains! I have to say though the representatives are nice and patient but they really do nothing to help.

 

What should I do?
