I’m sorry to hear that there were issues in using your data connection at first with your GoPhone!
The reason for the zero balance may have been that your rate plan/package used the balance. By refilling a 2nd time, this would have just added credit to the account.
I’m afraid we would be unable to issue a refund for an account refill. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
