Please click here for our guide on what to do if your device requires a PUK code! If your device displays PUK blocked call operator or PUK2, your SIM is permanently locked because the wrong PUK code was entered 10 times. You will need a replacement SIM in this case.
To obtain a replacement, visit an AT&T store where we can set you up with a new SIM card and retain your current number and account.
