I’d be happy to help! It is likely given the time since it was purchased that this SIM has now been permanently disabled, explaining why the SIM could not be recognized. GoPhone accounts are deactivated after 60 days without refill after expiration. You may require a new SIM/cell number which can be provided at any of our AT&T Company Stores upon arrival in the US.
