AT&T charged me twice on Dec 2014 for monthly plan. I just noticed today and called AT&T cutomer service. They said they won't be able to refund the amount charged twice but they can credit it to my AT&T account. But I need the amount back to my credit card. Can any one help with this. What is the process to get my amount refunded to my credit card?
I talked to customer service agents and 2 more folks in payment team. But I did get same response from AT&T folks that they cannot refund the amount once the payment is done.
