I travelled overseas often. About a month ago I got a new pre-paid nano SIM card. When I tried to switch it on overseas, it registered "No Service". Activation deposit has been paid and the receipt says that the refill amount has been added to my account and is available for immediate use.
I suspect the overseas roaming feature is not automatically switched on. Since I am currently overseas, how should I get the number activated for overseas roaming (call and text)?
