I apologize for any confusion. An account stays active as long as there is some money on it, a $100 refill has an expiration period of one year, or once the balance is depleted, whichever comes first. Once expired, you'll have 59 days to refill again before it gets canceled.
You're right, $100 should have lasted 4 month of the $25 per month plan, and since it's account specific, we'll need to take a look at your account to see where the few dollars went.
