I don't know my GoPhone phone number

My GoPhone is out of service and I don't remember the phone number. I looked on the settings and couldn't find it (Listed under phone number it said unknown)
I need to unlock my phone to switch to T-Mobile. But I can't because I don't know the cell number. I know the serial number and the other important stuff (besides the E-Mail) I really need help
