Error in Refilling GoPhone account: I want a refund!

I refilled my GoPhone account on AT&T website on 9/19 using my debit card, and was promoted an error message when I submitted the payment. $81.28 was deducted from my bank account and no money was added to the balance of my GoPhone account (I had been using an $25 monthly plan). I checked the status of this transaction and it shows "cleared" rather than "processing". I have also confirmed with my bank that this transaction was successful, and my money is indeed in AT&T's pocession. Yet when I called AT&T customer service, the representative denied that the company has received this payment. So what's going on? Where's my money?
