I believe after a certain period of time (60-90 days) if the account is inactive that long, it becomes recycled. I'd double check by calling into GoPhone Customer Care or visit a Company Store to see if it's still registered to you! If not, you should be able to create a new account at the store and use the same phone. Just not the same phone number.
