I called in to simply change my gophone plan from the $60 monthly plan to a $45 plan as I no longer needed hotspot capability and unlimited data. Ken saw that my current balance was $5 and I explained to him that I would stop by a store and pick up a reload card for $40 to get my phone reactivated. Then the most incredible customer service thing happened to me. Ken said he would credit my account $40 for free to help me out and save me the trip to the store. For this type of action, I am now a loyal gophone customer for life. What a shock.
