Customer service 08/12/14

I just wanted to say that ATT has terrible customer service both by phone as well as in their stores.Today my auto refill did not work although i recieved a text from att saying my rate plan would renew today. I had no service because it did not. the first gentleman I spoke to on the phone kept asking for my pass word and said he could not access my account without the password and when I asked to be transfered to someone else I was just put on hold. So I call customer service again, when I got someone I could not understand I asked her 3 time to transfer me to someone who spoke english. Which she did not. She set up a new date for my renewal. I asked to speak to her supervisor and when she could not explain to me why I did not get an auto refill nor why one rep needed the password and the other did not she hung up on me!! Really bad service!! If I do not get a refill auto next month on time I will have to find another company. Customer service is the back bone of a company to keep customers.
