I am an international student and bought a att pay as you go phone 2 month ago. I went back to China last month and unable to access the refill page. Every time I select 'refill by credit card' from my account page it goes back to the login page. And I enter the correct phone number and pin it only displays 'We are sorry. We are not able to process your login information as entered.' I wonder is this a area problem or just my account problem because the rate plan expired. If it is only a area problem then can I refill my account by purchase prepaid card by email delivery? Thanks for your patient answer.
