I HAVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM GOING ON SINCE APRIL I CALL THEM TO HAVE THEM TAKE IT OFF AUTO PAY AND EVERY MONTH IT COMES OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND THEN I AM TOLD I CAN NOT HAVE A REFUND BECAUSE THEY HAVE A NO-REFUND POLICY
