We have used AT&T GoPhone via a simple phone for years now and have confidance in all aspects of the service. From customer service to signal strengths, we are a satisfied customer. Because we are casual users, i.e. 10-20 minute calls per month and use the 0.10/min plan paying $100/yr, we have 2500 min (heading for 3500 minutes) on account. I recently purchased a Nokia Lumia 520 from a friend who had it on the other (monthly) GoPhone plan. I got it for the "small tablet" features of mp3, mp4, Netflix, email features, etc. and Love it. Now I would like to see it included on my account as a Pay-as-you-Go plan!! Tracphone plans include minutes+data purchases with roll-over feature similar to our present plan, but I want to use this Windows Phone with AT&T's plan!! As a retired firefighter from a small city, we cannot afford a monthly plan and minimize cellular use for the same reason. My data use would come from wi-fi connections, but emergency or on the road use of web services would be comforting. Do you think AT&T could see their way to adjusting this plan so users such as myself could utilize a Windows phone?
