First I want to say I am utterly and tottaly disgusted by at@t i purchase d galaxy express I believe the most expensive phone under there prepaid plan anyways after having the phone acouple dayz I decided id like something else after some thought I felt I would take the phone back at the 14 day mark so I proceede to do so I went to a store in new city in wich I onow live after speaking to thmgr to my displeasurement iwas told I could infact do so only I would hVe to wait 4 to 6 wkz for the money I thouhht to.myself hos ridiculous they did not waitd for payment when I made the purchase innwas told they did not ha e enouhh money on hand at@t a multimillio. DollR company I proceeded to call other storez with the same result at the end oc the day i Into A went a store and then wastold I was over the limit because unknowingly thebday of purchase coilunted as a day wich was never e plained so after all the previous convefsation not one mention of what iwas just informed .I was jnformed to call the original store were I purchased the product they informed to return it to there store wich wasa two hr drive away I then asked why cant simply return were I know live being the same company more or less I was screwed after calling district mgr sveral tikesbwith noreturn call th 800 hundred number no help what so ever I was forced to keep it the day of purchase inbought also a powerskins battery protctor for a fair amountof moneyso two days ago while riding a bicycle the lphone fell from my pocket thinking it was om of course I picked up the lphone and thecscreen was shattered in called powerskins and askedvabout awarrenty or some sort and of course none existed ununbelievably nnot only am I stuck with a product that I didnt want I have to pay more money to have it repaired so protective case not evan close all an all I was railroaded into a product and service I did not want imsure this will go unanswered I war.
