I am a new customer to go phone I purchased a mobile Wi-Fi device and set it up to use AT&T go phone and deposited a $25 refill card into that account. However, I was unable to get the device to work and returned it. I purchased an AT&T unite mobile Wi-Fi device which came with preinstalled. Sim card. I activated the device and purchased another $25 service for the AT&T device which is now functioning properly.
My question: How can I recover or transfer the unused $25 dollars that will not be used from the defective device?
