I’m sorry you are having trouble with setting up Auto Refill on your GoPhone account; I would be happy to assist you! Please be sure you are using a compatible Internet browser (Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc.). You will need to have registered for a myAT&T online account.
- Log in to your myAT&T account
- Select the Set Up Auto Refill tile then select the Set Up Auto Refill button. Or, just select the Auto Refill button if it's currently displaying Off.
- In the Refill Amount box enter the amount to auto refill with each month. It can be between $10 and $100 dollars. Select Continue.
- Select the drop down menu to select or add a payment method:
- If you already have a debit or credit card set up and wish to use that, select the card and click Continue.
- If you wish to add a new credit or debit card, select New Credit or Debit Card and click Continue.
- If you wish to add a new checking account, select New Checking Account and click Continue.
- When adding a new credit / debit card or checking account enter the prompted information on the next few screens. To set your new payment method as the default choice for making payments in the future, check the Set this as my default payment method box.
- Agree to the terms and conditions presented to you on the screen.
- Auto Refill is now set up.
