Well now I am PO'd even more. It let me type my whole question out, submit and then had me sign in and everything dissappeared. Way to go AT&T. Your website SUCKS. I say that not only because of the houdini trick you just pulled on me, but also relating to the issue I am having. Let me type that again for you.
I switched from T-mobile's prepaid hotspot to AT&T's GoPhone hotspot strictly due to a trip to Montana and T-mobile did not have coverage there I needed for work. I rely on my hotspot to work on the transit on my way into work as I have a minumum on a very good day 3.5 hour round trip commute. I do not use much data for my work as everything is online and I am using webpages like Paypal, Xero, Desk, etc. In the past I have hardly made a dent into my 3gb data plan. I am on my second month of the 2gb plan. It has happened twice now where it sucks up about 1gb of data. Last month it was towards the end of the cycle and I thought it was a fluke with my Ipad. I have disconnect everything but my laptop from the hotspot. I am 10 days into my new cycle and it did it again. I do not download anything, infact since its a work computer, I don't have the capability to download. The worst part is when I try to pinpoint when this happened the user interface in the account tells you absolutely nothing. So I can't even try to figure out the problem to avoid it. It shouldn't be happening in the first place. I don't particularly want to switch back in case I make another trip somewhere, but I don't want to pay for data I don't need because it sucks 1gb of data every now and then.
UGH YOU SUCK AT&T. Your employees have horrible customer service in store and online. You do not care about helping customers. You only care about that $$$ and it's really unfortunate.
Anyone else have any idea where I can figure out what is causing this to happen?
