I’m sorry to hear that you were charged twice to refill your account. We can only reverse a duplicate payment (overpayment) if the two amounts are the same and the reversal does not result in the account becoming past due. If this applies to you, please give us a call at 800 901 9878 and we can assist. If the two payments were not for the same amount or a refund would case the balance to be past due, we would be unable to reverse the payment I’m afraid.
