How hard is it to do this? I put in a billing address and then a separate shipping address. When I get the confirmation order back, they switched everything to the billing address. I called to get this rectified. I was put on hold and passed around seven different times and then ultimately told nothing could be done. So there's no type of communication with their shipping and processing department? And they wouldn't even allow me to cancel the order and start over.
It was an extremely frustrating ordeal and now Im moving in two days and won't have a phone because it's mailing to the wrong address no matter what I try to do and then I'll have to go through the hassle of a longer time with no phone and getting my money messed with (trying to get a refund or extra shipping charges).
Not only that but of the SEVEN people I was transferred to, only one put forth some effort to try to get some answers and figure out what could be done. It was an extremely disappointing experience and something needs to be done about communication between different departments. I don't see what was so difficult about the request.
