So since probably 12am this morning my gophone has not received a single text message.
It is not the phone because I took my sim card out and inserted a friends sim card and was able to receive texts using her sim card in my phone.
It is not the sim card, I bought a new sim card and inserted it into my phone and registered it and received a new phone number for the card and received a text message from at&t. I contacted at&t and got my old number switched over to the new sim card, I thought all was fixed... but no its not once again no texts.
The only thing I can think of is it is because of my number. I called at&t before I bought the new sim catd to try and get them to fix it, but they didn't know what was wrong, they tried sending me texts but I couldn't get them with the old number.
Customer service is now closed, and like I said now I think it has to be because of my phone number...
Please anyone know how to fix this... I've spent atleast an hour on the phone today.
