My account should refill for $35 every 3 months. When I login to my account, it says the auto-refill IS turned on.
A day or 2 before the scheduled refill date, I receive a text message from ATT confirming the refill will take place. But it does *not* happens. If I check my account several days after receiving the text, the amount is exactly the same. And when I check the acct on the website, I see the refill date has been pushed forward another 3 months - with no money added.
What gives? This used to work fine, now all of a sudden - nada. I tried calling ATT support about this problem a couple months ago, but did not get any help.
