I went to places with 4 and 5 bar att signals. Unlocked LG A275 was able to pick up the signal from Cingular Genesis tower. Unlocked Tmobile Nokia 3555b was only able to pick up signal from att tower if there is 5 bar signal. I am assuming att brand phone somehow was able to pick up the signal with 3 bar and less. So my gophone sim is not lock to my phone.
