Hoping someone can help me get my original data plan back. I received a text message last month from AT&T saying my old pick your plan service would no longer exist and I would be moved over to a comparable GoPhone plan.
Well, that switch occurred on November 1st but I lost my unlimited data plan. I thought I was supposed to be "grandfathered" into the plan since I have had it since the first iPhone came out? Is this no longer the case?
I tried calling customer service but I'm not sure they really understood the issue...
If anyone has an idea of who I can contact, I would greatly appreciate it.
