I am trying to refill my GoPhone account from outside US. I didn´t activate the att.com/myatt website account while in the US.
To login, according to the instructions, I should use my phone number as user ID and the last 4 digits as a password. This procedure sends me a text with a new temporary password. However I cannot get the text because the phone here doesn´t work.
Is there a way to activate the website account using my email or other method?
I tried calling ATT to the 0800 number but since I don´t know my password I can´t get through.
Any help or tip is appreciated!
