I login into the gophone account, see the usage balance and history, click on auto refill which opens another login tab and screen that says:
We are sorry. We are not able to process your login information as entered.Please contact an AT&T Customer Care Representative by dialing 1-800-901-9878.
Then below that it has my phone number in the user id and a blank password, even if I enter the correct password, I get the same message within the same tab.
I have waited for 6 weeks and still get the same message with Firefox and IE. Somehow after much work the man at the ATT store sit up an autorefill, but I want to change the payment method.
