I see - the only way I know to correct the current issue is by making the phone call to customer service, or you could try PM'ing ATTDmitriyCM or ATTMarianaCM re: it. They may be able to help resolve GoPhone account issues, although I'm not certain.
And once it is taken care of again, I really would do something to manage it yourself; you never know when customer service is going to refuse to correct the issue for you, and you also never know if escalation to a supervisor would change the answer - so I would err on the side of caution.
