If your GoPhone balance goes to $0, you usually have about 45 days in order to add money to re-activate your account and have the phone number active. In our system your phone will still show as being "Active" in our system. If you are porting out, you will need to talk to that particular carrier to see if that is acceptable for them to take the number.
